Hi Experts ..
I have a PDF file .. Every thing in it is locked (Selection, copy, printing, ...)
How could I unlock it? Is there any software doing that?

Ask the other user for the password so you can change the security settings on the document.

But the file is not protected with password .. it is just locked.

Hi programmer_bmb,
You can open the file in acrobat (full version, not the plain reader) and save it in a different name, specifying the settings (security settings) while you save, to allow print, save, change, etc.
