Revoking Delegated Authority within Active Directory

Can anyone explain to me the procedure to revoke a users delegated authority within an OU in the directory? I've seen several articles that relate to 2000 Server and the ACL editor. This is accessed via the properties...security tab of the OU, yet this is not available in 2003. The delegation of authority wizard does not allow you to edit rights already granted to users on that OU.

Many thanks!

the Security tab is available on Windows 2003.
In the ADUC tool, click view and advanced features. The tab will then appear and you can remove the rights on any OU you wish.
