Bluetooth installation problem in XP PRO SP2

Hi guyz,
I'm having problem installing my Bluetooth Dongle in XP PRO SP2.
Any simple workarounds?

If you had it working ok until SP2 install , call microsoft. free support on SP2:

i am re-installing my bluetooth device, it worked previously but now it's not working anymore. Your bluetooth software license does not include use with this bluetooth device (6). Will anybody provide me license for these. My bluetooth device is microtune
