Problem with ScriptX Control in asp.net page

I am facing a weird issue with the ScriptX basic control.
I am using the following code to add the print functionality in the asp.net pages.

<OBJECT id="factory" style="DISPLAY: none" codeBase="http://www.meadroid.com/scriptx/ScriptX.cab#Version=6,0,0,421"
               classid="clsid:1663ed61-23eb-11d2-b92f-008048fdd814" viewastext>
</OBJECT>
<SCRIPT>

     function PagePrint() {
     factory.printing.portrait = false;
     factory.printing.Print(false);
     }
</SCRIPT>

and I am calling the PagePrint function in the Onclick Event of the PRINT button.

I have added the same code on 10 reports. Surprisingly, this works fine on all the laptops except two. Both the users have are able to view and print all the reports except 1 report (This report is basically displaying a datagrid with  more than 800-900 records). The report  page does not load. It just gives them a blank page whereas all the other pages with the same code and be viewed properly and can also be printed.
When I remove the above code those 2 users can view the report without any problem.
I can't figure out whats wrong...

Also I checked both of them had nortan antivirus and some anti popup software.

I would really appreciate any advise on this.
Thanks

Check their settings to make sure they have activex and active scripting enabled.  If that does not solve it... what browser, browser version and OS?
