Can't stop Outlook from opening on startup

We just received shipment of several new laptops and on this particular model Outlook 2000 opens on startup every time and I can't figure out why.  We installed Office 2000 on the laptops (just like every other laptop we've ever had) and now we can't get Outlook to not start.  Please help! this is very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is what I've done so far:

checked msconfig - startup tab:  nothing pointing to Outlook.exe in there
emptied Startup folder in programs menu (for all users)
looked in the registry under Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for both Local Machine and Current User but nothing pointing to Outlook there either.

Where else could it be????

Thanks

Have you tried to disable all applications in your msconfig and then restarted..may be there is some other application wanting outlook to open

check to see if there is any login script involved when you log into the system that might be causing it

Check the locations given here aswell

Post back how it goes
