do you know how to download streaming videos or record it?

You have to capture and record it. Takes software. There's a bunch of it out there. Do a google on capture record streaming video and you'll get a bunch of hits. Here's a link to one: http://www.wmrecorder.com/?src=GOOGLE_CSV1

TechSmith's Camtasia 2.1 allows you to capture streaming video with audio.  You can then save the capture as an AVI, QuickTime or Flash File for later playback, etc.
