Replace <Enter> With <Tab> In ASP Using VBScript

Does anyone know how replace in the <Enter> keydown event with the <Tab> keydown using VBScript within ASP or ASP.NET?

I can see examples in this forum using Javascript, but not VBScript. I prefer to use the later.

Is it as simple as:

Sub document_onKeydown
      'Replace <Enter> With <Tab> key
      If window.event.keyCode = 13 Then
             window.event.keycode = 9
      End If
End sub
