How do I install a certificate issued by a CA? I'm trying to secure a URL that points to the server so we can access the exchange server remotely. I'm brand new with servers, so I really don't know where to start - details would be good.

You can install certificate in IIS.
open IIS snap-in, open Properties of the site on what Exchange web access is configured(usually 'default'), and go to Directory security.
'Server certificate' button will allow you to add certificate.
