After scanning my dad's PC with AVG Virus scanner, it said that his WINLOGON.EXE file in WINDOWS is infected with the worm Netsky.D <br />

Is this recoverable or do I have to reinstall Windows or perhaps copy that file from the original Windows disk? <br />
