CDONTS is truncating my attachment

I am using the CDONTS library to send an email with an attachment.  This is working fine unless the attachment happens to be 399 characters in length.  This is a pipe delimted file made up of 10 rows of data.  Any ideas how to fix this bug?

It should not happen. can you show ur code here, i may able to fix it.
