I want to create a screensaver that can be used in Windows (98 to XP). Which are the the best and most popular apps could help me create a screensaver easily?

If anyone knows of a real free option Id be interested to know.

Most otf the free ones, such as the junglemetal one above are actually either trials only, or they splash unregistered over them.

Why these people think people will pay for a screensaver creator baffles me.....
