CDO mails 554 relay rejected for policy reason

i know how to send mails using CDO and mails are going within the network and going to external domain address,my server gives an error as server rejected one or more recipient addressess. the server resposne was: 554 relay rejected for policy reasons.

The 554 response code is given for Session Initiation in RFC 2821
section 3.1 (formal rejection of connections) and Mail Transactions
description section 3.3 (no valid MAIL or RCPT commands before DATA).
The 554 code has very specific well defined use that is not
related to policy. Basically it means
"transaction failed"
