Proxies.pas and other

Hello people.

Environment: Delphi 7 Enterprise.

One of my components is using a DesignIntf unit. While installing a component into the Delphi IDE I added a ToolsAPI folder into the search path of the package (it won't compile without this). But when I compile a package I receive an exception in DesignEditors.pas: "File not found: "Proxies.dcu" ". It is required just for one function: IsProxyClass. I made a simple function which returns always True to replace it to check are there any more problems. And they are. Then I got problems with DesignWindows.pas which cannot find a ComponentDesigner unit. That is more significant because that unit contains an IComponentDesigner interface. And I am not sure that there will be no more problems.

Now, the question. Really, two:
1. Where can I find these units?
2. If I cannot find them how can I bypass these problems?

Thanks to all!
