Is there a free program that will trace the code and give a spider-like diagram of it?

I'm looking for a type of visio diagram of our source code so we can trace it without going into the code pages themselves.  Is there anything free like this anywhere.  If it costs anything, my boss won't do it.  Then I'll be stuck graphing it manually.

Thanks all.

if you use frontpage to design the pages, that program will create a site layout for you..
same thing with macromedia dreamweaver.

but i don't know of any programs out there for free that'll do it..

i'll keep looking though.
