Win2000, can I turn off Password expire option

Hi everyone, I have Windows 2000, I want to turn of expire password option, is it possible and how to do that thanks in advance for your help?

Can you not do this

1) Right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.

2) Click to expand Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.

3) Double-click the user account that should not have a password expiration, and click to select the Password never expires check box.
