jpg converting

Hi i have windows xp and i am trying to save jpg pictures and upload them to another location why will it only allow me to save bmp and how do i change the settings on my computer please advise.

You can't save an image to jpg format using stock VB code.  To accomplish this you must use a third party control or external library/dll.
