Found that JBoss documentation is not clear enough to state which config file usage
1. How to config JBoss to add a new Queue?
2. How to config JBoss to add a new QueueConnectionFactory?
3. How to config JBoss MDB to connect to external JMS provider?

this is for JBoss 3.2.5

to add a queue modify this file
\jboss\server\default\deploy\jms\jbossmq-destinations-service.xml
or you can use the web interface
