I have a user that when they print in groupwise it cuts off the first few letters of each new line.
i have tried to re-install the printer driver, print to another printer,un-installed groupwise and re-installed it,forwarded the e-mail to myself and i can print it fine which leads me to think it's something to do with the groupwise client???!!!
The user can print in other apps fine.
Little help here?!?!

Have you tried setting the Page settings from withing Groupwise client?

I suspect you have wrong Page settings or wrong paper size etc selected in your client. Please check that.
