Error while trying to run the project:Unable to start debugging on the web server. Server side-error occured in sending debug HTTP request.

Everything was running fine, and then all of a sudden, out of the blue, I start receiving this error:

Error while trying to run the project:Unable to start debugging on
the web server. Server side-error occured in sending debug HTTP request.

Make sure that the server is operating correctly. Verify that there are no syntax errors in the web.config by doing a Debug.Start without Debugging. You may also want to refer the ASP.NET and ALT Server debugging topics in the online documentation.

I ran it by doing 'debug.start without debugging' and it opened up a window which gave me the message:

Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

So I checked the application event log and it said this was the error:

Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

I have looked at these 3 errors through searches on experts-exchange and have not been able to figure it out.  Help?

Check the xml is valid in your Web.config
If you have recently added any key values or tags in this file, and the xml syntax is not valid, you may receive this error.
Hope this helps

I checked the Web.config file and the syntax is valid.  Any other suggestions?

I checked the application event log and found some warnings:

1) The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber
2)  The description for Event ID ( 19011 ) in Source ( ???? ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: (SpnRegister) : Error 8203.

Does your application reach the start page?
What was the last change you made before it stopped working?
shorrigaAuthor Commented:

When I press play I do not reach the start page.  See my first comments above.

I took out some html tags so I could see all of my multipage form, moved around some panels on the page, put the html tags back in and played it.  That didn't work so I replaced all the files in my localhost with backup files that had still been working.  They didn't work.  Then I had someone else download the same files and run them from their PC and it worked fine.  So I have tried reinstalling numerous times and nothing seems to work.

I have had the problem fixed.  It had to do with having some corrupt IIS files possibly caused by a security patch.  Had to uninstall .NET Framework, uninstall and reinstall IIS files, and then reinstall .NET Framework.
