This does not just pertain to unix enviornments but all servers are displaying intermittent pinging across the dmz interface.  Although from the trusted to the dmz the exact same servers ping fine.  I have found that when I delete the arp entry on a particular server and re-enter it as a static, it works fine but after about 20 minutes it looses its connection.  Please help ?
