It simply means that an accounting record was attempted to be sent but it was dropped. &nbsp;This may happen on bootup if the VLAN interface is not yet up on the switch and an accounting record is generated but it can't be sent???<br />

Are you sending accounting records to a server? &nbsp;Is the server up? &nbsp;Does it send accounting records when the switch is fully initialized?

I just bought that switch on e-bay, and I deleted config.text file which had &nbsp;previous switch configuration. That had fixed the problem.<br />
