I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Since you want to replace some files and not replace others, it's best to restore everything to a temporary location. Then, you can replace or add records in any way you desire.

Assuming the library was saved with SAVLIB, you could do:

CRTLIB LIB(MYSTUFF)

RSTLIB SAVLIB(TEKNIK)
       DEV(TAP01)
       RSTLIB(MYSTUFF)

Of couse, you'd substitute your tape device name for "TAP01".

Alternately, you could use RSTOBJ:

RSTOBJ OBJ(*ALL)
       SAVLIB(TEKNIK)
       DEV(TAP01)
       RSTLIB(MYSTUFF)

Good luck!
