Cisco PIX config for enable remote desktop

Our company server(Small business server 2000) are connected to PIX501 firewall
We would like to use the remote desktop to connect to it over the internet

we have a fix ip:
server has an internal IP:

internet------PIX (outside)

    access-list outside_in permit tcp any host eq 3389
    clear xlate
    static (inside,outside) tcp 3389 3389 netmask
    access-group outside_in in interface outside
