isa 2000 setup and rules

Hi
I am setting up isa 2000 on top of sbs 2003. Am looking for guidance (p'haps notes or links?) on setup really.
Ok, first of all, just want to use isa for proxy as there is already a firewall in place.

ok, put simply i want to

a) grant access to everybody in the company to the internet basics (security patches, etc.)
e.g. *.windowupdate.com and *.virusupdates.com etc.

b) anything else will be denied

c) except if you're part of the internet users group, then allow anything

any takes for assistance?
thanks
john

Try these links. It has been awhile since I used ISA but I seem to remember getting alot of help from http://www.isaserver.org

I think I gave him a resonable start, and never received a reply to continue.
