PIX 501with single dynamic public IP, setup VPN for client using W2k

I have PIX 501 with v6.2. my office has ADSL internet connection with single dynameic IP configured for PAT. I want to setup VPN, so My client with W2k can  access our office LAN. I know PIX support IPsec, but for w2k client it use L2TP/IPsec, is it possible? how can I set it up?
