I have been pushing our employees to archive their email in order to get control over the email pack rats we have working here. After some agressive archiving I have now been asked by two different executives if there is a way to move some of the files from Archive back to their email. I am not aware of any process to do this, does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, the only answer is to cut and paste the documents back into their live email databases.
