Msau7032.dll is Missing with PC Upgrade?

I'm not an Access programmer, but I have a user who has an Access 97 database and just got a new pc. Since getting the new pc, her access 97 application returns a missing dll error (Msau7032.dll) whenever she attempts to update the database.

What is this dll? Can we simply download and register on her pc?
