We are using Windows 2003. The workstations have Office 2003 install on it before we installed the new Server with 2003. When a user made changes to Microsoft Word 2003 custom toolbar these changes would hold when they log off and back on.

Then one user installed Visio 2003 on his workstation and then when he made changes to the custom toolbar the changes wouldn't hold after he logged off and then logged back on.

It was as if he never made changes to Visio'd cutom toolbars at all.

Is there something wrong with his profile?
