Lacking Blind Copy Option

I'm running Outlook Express 6.0 on several computers running 98se.  One computer lacks the bcc option when creating new mail in Outllok Express.  How do I add the bcc option?  Thanks, member RJ Barry

    Compose a new email  by creating compose message
    then click on TO
    and select the email address in BCC field and press OK

    you would get your BCC field now..

    or once you compose  a new message , press view --> all headers
