Outlook and Mail Interface

I used to check my emails using outlook i have set my POP and SMTP but If i retrieve my email using web interface rather than outlook. Does that email still can be check from when i download emails using outlook. or i can not download those emails.

And if i delete email using outlook can i still find those email while checking email using web interface.
