Web app combo refresher

Hi,

In a web application, after someone changes the value/index of a dropdownlist box, how do I tell the page to refresh in code?  Depending on what they choose, I fill out another combo box, and then several text controls.  Each time I change that second combo box,  I fill out the text controls as well, and I don't seem to get an update on this stuff unless I then press a button that has no code behind it.

Hi,

In order to fire the "SelectedIndexChanged" event when the value of the combobox changes, you have to set its "AutopostBack" property to true.

Then you can execute the code as you wish in the event handling procedure.
