Do you have your proxy server set to allow pop3 email traffic out through it??

this would be the first place to look, apologies if you already have

Where do the users want to collect POP3 email from?? your server or an account on the internet??

If it's your server, they should have a setting in their mail client where you can enter your server IP ant the MAIL SERVER NAME box

Hope this helps

It's my server. The only settings in Outlook are the connection setting (LAN). Doesn't seem to be any server settings.

assuming then that you are using outlook

when you add a new account, it will ask for incoming and outgoing mail server addresses

that's where you put your server IP

( what pussy cat ??)
