can not create/save file or folder in network drive

I have windows 2003 Server and windows XP professional machine.
I gave full rights on User: User1 on folder : Company.
when I am trying to create new folder on mapped driver H:\ , it show the error message: access denied. - I can read but can't write (or save any thing)

Please help.

    There are two sets of permissions, folder (ntfs) and share.

    You grant folder permissions by right-clicking the folder and choosing Properties, then the Security tab.

    When you share the directory, there is a Permissions button underneath the share name. Click the Permissions button and give it more permissions than the default (Everyone, READ)
