I need to be able to essenitally Track all user's that are logging on to my server. From The Server .With some or most of the following criteria--User Name, IP address, Loggin time. Is there some sort of already existing program i can use. Or do i have to make a database(DataBase is not my prefered option here however if it comes down to it i will) with a vbScript. For the the Database route if it would be possible to explain how to do this would be helpfull.

Thank you to all that will contribute

Enable Auditing.  That does most, if not all of what you ask.  Info will then be recorded to the Security log (event logs).
