I get this error from different emails sent from only a few of my overall emails.

What I have done already

1. I have looked for rules that would effect this but none are loaded.
2. Looked for a common link (Date - size - Mailbox Size - restrictions -- with or without attachments) no apparent corolation
3. Have tried rebooting then removing and reloading the mailbox profile no luck

I am using exchange 2003 / xp for an OS.

I rebooted it and it was fine...I think it may have been a needed exclusion of the AV on the Exchange server.
