Are the users local admins on their computers? If this is the case then the simple answer is no. If they are not admins, then you can just set the security permissions on the folder to prohbit them from deleting it.

Well .... one way is to use user privalages ..... <br />
the other way is to delete the icons in the startbar and the start menu bars ..... and in the cuick load bar..... <br />
also you can make the icon of outlook as hidden ..... <br />
cuick and easy.......<br />
