After installing Windows XP SP2 I'm no longer able to print HTML emails.  I have uninstalled SP2 and still not able to print any HTML emails.  Also, Print Preview is no longer available for HTML emails or IE.  Please help.

Hi steelpulse,

Have you checked the page setup in IE.
Outlook doesnot actually print html ,it gets the properties from IE

Is your IE and outlook both fully updated..

Try emptying your temporary internet files , cookies and check what happens

When you click on print , does it print a blank page or nothing atall ?

Both Outlook and IE are fully updated with the latest patches.  When I click on print nothing happens at all.  If the email is RICH TEXT is prints fine.

How about going to IE and printing a webpage.. Does that work ?

Is the HTML email displayed properly inside outlook ?

How about double-clciking the email so that it opens in a new  page and then try file --> printing  ?

Does that have any effect
