if you deleted the cach, then there is no restore, except from backup (unusual) or if you have removed the files with explorer and it has a "undelete" funktion (see trash folder)

Despite its humble beginnings, phishing has come a long way since those first crudely constructed emails. Today, phishing sites can appear and disappear in the length of a coffee break, and it takes more than a little know-how to keep your clients secure.

>  is there a trash folder on the ISA Server ?
wrong question, should be: is there any M$ without an trash folder?

> ..  and can it be deleted ?
hmm, interessting question: delete moves anything to the trash folder by default, hence if you "delete" the trash folder itself it is moved to the trash folder, which then ...
you see the intuitiv concepts of M$? :-))
AFAIK you need to patch the registry to get rid of the trash folder (some tools might do it too).

Anyway, in your question your're asking
but my quesiton is how restore .. these files
and now you're asking about delete.
I answered your initial question, please reread my very first comment!
