Adding Qos to Nortel 460 for VOIP

I'm kind of new at this so I'm kind of confused. I'm trying to configure a Nortel 460 Switch to do Qos for Voice over IP. I have the UDP and TCP ports it phone system is using but I have no Idea on how to set-up the policy in the switch. Any help would be highly apreciated. We are launching the new system next week Monday.
