System Tray Component and pop up functions

Hi guys,

I know this question had been asked a couple of times but all the links to the components are broken when i tried them.

My program is basically a roster program.
I would like to know a VERY GOOD FREE component that I could use to minimize the program into the system tray.
I want a popup message such as MSN messenger (when someone logs on) when a schedule item on the roster program is near.

1)How am I be able to do that?
2)Could you give me the EXACT link to the component?

Thanks
ian
