WAV amplitude (db)

If Wav amplitude formula is :

"s=A*sin2(pi)*f*t"

what is "s" in that formula ?

Is that up and down length of first and last point in frequency ?

Thank You.

    s is current signal value at time t.

    It has no special meaning neither in time domain nor in frequency domain.
