Video Capture .NET WebForm (VB or C#)

Hello Experts. Are there any code samples on creating a video capture via Web Forms in .NET?  Here's what's needed:

1.  Record video from Web Cam.
2.  Start/Stop the recording process through the .NET web form.
4.  Save it on the hard drive as .wmv file.
5. (optional) Upload recorded .wmv file to web server.

Many kind thanks in advance,
John

Better would be to install an ActiveX through web and let it to do the thing ..

One example of doing it is here in VB.NEt

see the following link for capturing Video from WebCam.
