Epson EPL-N2050+ Network Connection not working


I've just got our Epson EPL-N2050+ Network Laser Printer back from being serviced and the network connection isn't working.

I've tried pinging the IP address of the printer with no success... I've tested the Cat 5 cable successfully with a cable tester and have connected a PC to it and have managed to get on the network OK.

Any help would be much appreciated,

If you are not getting a link, then the problem is most likely the printer's network adapter. Or it could be the cable, the hub or router but you've ruled that out by connecting a PC to the cable

Does the printer still have the IP address that was assigned to it? It is possible that during service that address was changed or deleted. I don't know this printer, but you may be able to print a configuration page, or the front panel menu may let you check the settings. You should be able to assign the correct address via the same menu.

I've printed the Status Sheet and states that the IP address is the same as before... However the Network Status Sheet has the "Network Link Status" set to "Not Linked"

Have spoken to Epson Business Support and the company that serviced the printer who have to get back to me... Strongly suspect that the fault is with the built-in network adaptor...
