Outlook 2000 clip art

Does anyone know how I get the clipart, font, etc. back in Outlook 2000?  I reinstalled Office 2000 on a Windows 98 computer and made sure that all of the clipart, fonts, etc. were  "run all from my computer" but when the individual tries to type a new message in insert any of the above, it's grayed out.  Is there something in the tools or options menu that I am missing?

    Hello there!!

Soryy for the message above, my Explorere is acting up! I think the problem is that you have to use Rich Text format or HTML for the messages rather than Plain text. this should enable you your cliparts. If it doesn't, try copy-paste method ... this always seems like the best solution, once you open your gallery somewhere else...
