Set browser site with Response.Redirect

Is there any way to set window site and hide address bar, toolbar using Response.Redirect

My code is Response.Redirect "http://www.mapquest.com"
But it open in whole screen, I want it open in half screen with no toolbar, address bar

PLease help. Thanks

    No.  you can only hide these using Javascript.
