Random 2K pro and XP pro PCs are rebooting on the domain

We have the latest virus software and patches, however we are experiancing Random PCs reboot on the network.

Any thoughts?

I have had problems myself with a Windows 2000 pc automaticaly rebooting.  If you right click my computer there is an option which can be unticked which says reboot when error  occurs.
