Windows 2000 Heap Size in SP4

Posted on 2004-10-28
Last Modified: 2012-05-05
Has their been any changes in the in the way Windows 2000 Server Standard handles the heap. ie. has the registry key location to set this value changed, is the default value different, are the mechanisms for heap allocation different? I'm asking this since I have been working with support at IBM for clearcase and they claim that we need to increase the heap size since the log is giving out heap size errors for the application. However, our attempts at setting the heap size have not been successful.

Thank you for you help,
