how do I send command to reload users database?
I need step by step info

The easiest way that I ever found to do it, was to close Mercury, and re-open it.

set a file containing a string , then set it as admin password file
then send to maiser@mydomain.com

PASSWORD mypassword
RELOAD USERS
EXIT
