hi everyone..
is there any free open source that i can look into for extracting text from a pdf??
basically i wan to manipulate the data in pdf and store them somewhere(db,etc.)

Sorry - on reflection i think lowagie doesn't. PDFBox does afaik

The last link I posted give still other examples of free PDF libs. So I'd go for a split
