Hey guys

I have a quick question I have two domain controllers 2000/2003 both of them have Exchange on them but on the 2000 machine I have the services stopped because I migrated all the mailboxes to the 2003 machine. My questions to you people is when I uninstall  exchange 2000 will it affect the schema on the exchange 2003 seeing that they both share the same active direcory instances.

Thanks

Follow this article from Microsoft. It explains exactly how to remove the first Exchange server. You will need to start the old server's services back up again as I expect you haven't moved some of the services that Exchange/AD required across.
